Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 provides that consent to the processing of personal data may be given by an individual or their representative in any form that makes it possible to confirm the fact of receiving such consent, unless otherwise established by federal law. If written consent is not required by law, an individual may express their consent to the processing of personal data in any manner, including by checking a box electronically.
I hereby, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, as the User, give my voluntary, reasoned, and informed consent in electronic form to ООО «Платформа №8», represented by Yuri Nikolaevich Pilipyuk, acting on the basis of the Charter, located at: 690034, Primorsky Krai, Vladivostok, Goriyskaya St., 15, premises 5, floor 6, INN/KPP 2502062205 / 253601001, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator,” for the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including through the website located on the Internet at https://uplogistics.ru/ hereinafter referred to as the “Website,” in accordance with the following list:

• User’s name;
• User’s contact phone number, including the contact phone number of the order recipient provided by the User;
• User messages, including messages sent to support services, etc.;
• survey data;
• dates and times of the User’s visits to the Website;
• information about the User’s use of the Website, including search queries;
• information about the User’s device, including device model, type of device operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network data, and phone number, including SIM card information;
• IP address;
• Apple ID;
• data about hardware events, including system failures and actions, error reports, as well as browser settings, type and language, request date and time, and referral URL;
• cookie files. Cookies are service information sent by a web server to the User’s computer for storage in the browser. They are used to store data specific to a particular User and may be used by the web server for various purposes. The User gives consent to the collection, analysis, and use of cookies, including by third parties, for the purposes of generating statistics and optimizing advertising messages. Most browsers are initially configured to accept cookies; however, the User may reset these settings and instruct the browser to block all cookies or notify the User when such files are being sent. This consent remains valid until the date it is withdrawn by the User in writing.
This consent may be withdrawn by sending a written withdrawal notice by mail to the Operator’s location or by sending an email to minutto@mail.ru. In this case, the Operator shall stop processing and destroy the User’s personal data within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant withdrawal notice.
